CTC services include managing and/or participating in peer reviews, value engineering studies, and project management oversight teams. CTC is available to review and/or draft the development of operating, maintenance, fleet management, finance, safety, security, project management, and long range transportation plans. CTC is also available to provide design/build strategic plans/contract specifications and performance criteria, support railroad negotiations, and assist clients through the major phases of a major transportation capital project including: Alternative Analysis, Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, Construction, Activation, and day-to-day operations.
